7. Delivery Policy
We currently offer UK nationwide delivery, through third-party couriers. While we will always do our best to meet requested delivery dates, we cannot guarantee exact times due to external factors such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure all delivery details are accurate.
We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable. For deliveries to hospitals, offices, or hotels, our responsibility ends when the flowers are handed to reception or a designated representative. If no one is available to receive the order, delivery will be re-attempted the following working day. Failure in missing or not collecting your delivery is not our liability and therefore no refunds will be provided. Any damages to flowers caused throughout delivery by third-party couriers is not our liability and no refunds will be provided regarding this.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel within 14 days does not apply to perishable goods such as fresh flowers. Orders for fresh flowers may be cancelled for a full refund up to 7 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Once your order has been prepared, dispatched, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. Refunds or replacements will be issued for items that are damaged, faulty, or not as described, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
To request a refund you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery alongside providing photographic evidence. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
9. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns on fresh floral products once delivered. Return postage costs for non-faulty items are the responsibility of the customer. Where items are faulty or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs.
10. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis as selected during checkout (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days’ notice prior to your next scheduled delivery. Prices and delivery schedules may vary; we will notify you in advance of any changes.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of profits, business, goodwill, or reputation; indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; or damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling of our products.
